Description of High pressure elbow
High pressure elbow is a kind of pipe fitting used at the turning of high pressure pipeline. In all the pipe fittings used in the high-pressure pipeline system, the proportion is about 80%. The wall thickness of general high-pressure elbow is thicker than that of general elbow, and the high-pressure strength of material may be higher than that of general elbow. The requirements of high-pressure elbow in high-pressure pipeline installation are quite different from those in medium and low-pressure pipeline installation, with higher requirements and stricter rules.

Characteristic of High pressure elbow
High pressure elbow is a process in which the special elbow pusher, mandrel and heating device are selected in the forming process to make the blank on the die move forward under the push of the pusher, and be heated, expanded and zigzagged in the movement. The deformation characteristic of high pressure elbow is to confirm the diameter of tube blank according to the law that the volume of metal material remains unchanged before and after plastic deformation. The diameter of tube blank selected is smaller than the diameter of elbow. The deformation process of blank is controlled by mandrel to make the compressed metal flow in the inner arc and compensate to other parts thinned due to diameter expansion, and then the elbow with uniform wall thickness is obtained.
