Description
Stainless Steel WN flange has different weld forms from flat welding flange. The weld between neck butt welding flange and pipe is circumferential weld, while flat welding flange is fillet weld. The neck butt welding flange is mostly made of forged steel, while the flat welding flange is made of ordinary steel plate.

Characteristic
Stainless Steel WN flange and flat welding flange cannot be replaced casually. From the manufacturing point of view, the large inner diameter of flat welding flange means small weight and low cost. The neck butt welding flange with diameter greater than 250mm shall be tested, and the flange of so does not need to be tested.
