Description
Carbon steel spectacle blind is installed on the pipeline side with normal medium flow, and the General mark is normally closed. When selecting spectacle blind plate, attention shall be paid to matching with the flange clamping it, and the length of bolt for clamping shall be appropriately extended according to the thickness of blind plate. The function of installing spectacle blind plate is only one point: blocking.

Characteristic
Carbon steel spectacle blind is used between system medium pipelines, such as steam purging pipeline and oil process medium pipeline, to play a stable isolation role. For on-line disassembly of spectacle blind plate, there shall be gate valve partition at the side close to the process medium pipeline.

Carbon steel spectacle blind are commonly used for heat exchanger operation and standby, reactor operation and standby, nitrogen pipeline and process pipeline connection, etc.
