Terbium Gallium Garnet AR Coating TGG Rods Isolators For Laser Systems
Terbium Gallium Garnet AR Coating TGG Rods Isolators Material For Laser Systems
Terbium Gallium Garnet AR Coating TGG Rods
Introduction :
The Faraday effect refers to the rotation of the plane of polarization of linearly polarized light when it propagates through a magneto-optically active material. Magneto-optical activity is induced in the material by applying a magnetic field parallel to the direction of light propagation. The magneto‐optic crystal terbium gallium garnet (TGG) has been grown by the Czochralski process. The properties of TGG are ideal for Faraday effect devices such as rotators and isolators.
In recent years, the growth of large-size and high-quality TGG crystals has always been a hot research topic in the field of crystal materials worldwide. With the unremitting efforts of the professional R&D team, Crystro has successfully grown TGG crystals with a diameter of 4 inches in June 2020.
