PU sandwich panel line integrate mechanism, chemical, electrical controlling, hydraulic controlling, pneumatic and temperature and the procedure of production includes uncoiling, film covering, cutting, roll forming, pre-heating, foaming, solidification, panel cutting, stacking and transferring, packing. The PU sandwich panel made from the sandwich panel roll forming machine is produced with foaming at working site. There is a special device injecting the foaming material between the upper and lower metal sheet. And then the material will be sent to double crawler belt. The chemosynthesis and solidification are both finished inside the double crawler belt. Cutting is in accordance with the length set previously. The sandwich panel roll forming machine has non-stop cutting device and the cutter will be moved along with the panel. The working process of sandwich panel roll forming machine consists of uncoiling, film covering, cutting, roll forming, pre-heating, foaming, solidification, panel cutting, stacking, transferring and packing.
