RARA Dual Color Break Apart Probe For Detecting Abnormality Of Human RARA Gene
RARA Dual Color Break Apart Probe for detecting the abnormality of human RARA gene
Description:
According to the principle of DNA base complementary pairing, the TP53 orange-red probe and the CSP17 green probe were used to hybridize with the DNA target sequence in the nucleus, and the gene state information in the nucleus was observed and analyzed under a fluorescence microscope.
