Q1. How to proceed an order for Battery?
A1: Firstly, pls let us know your requirements,such as the dimension,continuous&peak discharge current ,application of the
battery.
Secondly,pls let us know the purchasing quantity and when will your project start.We quote according to the details.
Thirdly customer confirms the price,sample and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q2: How to deal with the faulty?
A2: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new batteries with new order to replace the defective.
Thirdly,we will test the defective batteries and make 8D report.We will find out the reason and propose the
improvement measures for future production.
Q3: Do you support door to door shipping? drop ship ?
A3: Yes. If battery unit weight is below 30kg, we can delivery it via Air Express. If battery unit weight is above 30kg, we
delivery it via sea. If you want to us to help you to make custom clearance, we would like to do that. We support drop ship.
Q4 Does your battery include BMS? Can we use it for vehicle?
A4.:Yes, our battery pack include BMS, you can use it for low speed vehicles.And make sure the discharge current can meet the
application request. If you want to use standard vehicle, please inform us, we need to adopt more complex design BMS and different
technology solution.
