Besthway food grade Glucoamylase is a multi-enzyme formulation combining glucoamylase and pullulanase, engineered to enhance fermentation efficiency and saccharification yield in beer brewing and various food processing applications.

Key Functions
  • Glucoamylase hydrolyzes α-1,4 glucosidic bonds from starch non-reducing ends to produce glucose, with slow hydrolysis of α-1,6 glycosidic bonds
  • Pullulanase rapidly hydrolyzes α-1,6-D-glycosidic bonds in liquefied starch, creating straight-chain polysaccharides and synergizing with glucoamylase for accelerated reaction speed and increased glucose yield
  • Ideal for fermentation processes involving antibiotics, organic acids, amino acids, and vitamins using glucose as fermentation medium
  • Catalyzes starch hydrolysis for beer, yellow wine, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, antibiotics, glucose, caramel, and dextrin production
Application Guidelines
  • Saccharification: 0.04-0.1% of starch dry weight
  • Fermentation: 20-50g/T (add enzyme solution after pH adjustment if required)
  • Optimum dosage determined through process-specific experimentation

Store in dry, ventilated, light-protected environment at 25℃. Solid product shelf life: 18 months. Liquid product shelf life: 12 months. Refrigeration at 5℃ extends shelf life.

Safety & Handling
  • Reseal containers immediately after opening to prevent moisture and contamination
  • Avoid inhalation; if inhaled, rinse mouth with water for at least 15 minutes
  • Enzyme-sensitive individuals should wear protective overalls, dust masks, and gloves
  • In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes
