• Heat transfer oil pump and asphalt pump all use hydraulic drive, hydraulic system using high efficiency, high reliability electronic variable hydraulic system, no radiator, low fuel consumption, simple use and maintenance.
• Using large flow heat conduction oil pump circulation heating, heating speed is fast. Tank heating, asphalt pump heating, spraying pipe heating circuit parallel design, can be selected separately, easy to use.
• The heat transfer oil provides all-directional insulation for the asphalt pump and nozzle. After spraying, the asphalt pump and nozzle do not need to be cleaned with diesel oil. Purge with high pressure air or circulate with a full range of thermal oil to keep the pipes and nozzles unimpeded.
• The control system adopts modular design. Low failure rate, fast and simple maintenance.
• The whole machine control program and drive device are equipped with a backup system to ensure that when the main control fails, the backup system can be started and automatic spraying can still be implemented.
• Various sprinkling requirements can be completed in the cab.
• Flexible hand-held spray gun, can be applied to the corners of the asphalt.
• Excellent insulation performance, average temperature drop ≤20℃/8h.
• Convenient loading and unloading function, in addition to filling asphalt from the tank mouth, hot asphalt can be pumped out by itself, and external asphalt can also be pumped and transferred.
