          Histamine Strip Test is a qualitative and rapid lateral flow assay designed to detect histamine residues in tissue samples such as high histamine fish and other marine fish. This immunochromatographic assay eliminates the need for a heating block. Histamine in the sample binds to the specific antibody labeled with colloidal gold in the process of flowing, inhibiting the detection line (T line) of the antibody and NC membrane. The binding of the antigen-BSA conjugate of the sample leads to a change in the color of the detection line; and regardless of whether the sample contains the substance to be tested, the quality control line (C line) will develop color, indicating that the detection is effective.
