2. Safety instructions

            The standard contains a small amount of anabaena toxin a, the substrate contains tetramethylbenzidine, and the termination solution also contains dilute sulfuric acid. Avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. If accidentally touched, rinse with plenty of water.

3. Storage and stability
         Anabaena toxin a test kit should be stored at 4-8 °C. The reagent in the kit should be returned to room temperature (20-25°C) before use. The kit can be used within the validity period. The enzyme target needs to be prepared, and the prepared enzyme target solution can only be stored in freezing for 1 week.

4. Principle
         The principle of the kit is to directly compete with ELISA, which uses specific antibodies to identify anabaena toxin a. When the sample contains anabaemic toxin a, anabaemic toxin a in the sample competes with anabaemic toxin a enzyme conjugate to bind anabaemic toxin a antibodies in the solution. Anabaena toxin a antibody binds to a mouse secondary antibody coated on a microplate. After one step washing, the substrate solution is added to produce a colored reaction. The color depth of the resulting green is inversely proportional to the amount of anabaena toxin a in the sample. The color changes from blue to yellow when the reaction stopping liquid is added. The absorbance was measured at 450nm with an enzyme-labeled instrument. The content of anabaena toxin a in the sample was calculated by drawing a standard curve.
