Diuron ELISA Test Kit is a competitive enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative analysis of diuron in water ,Fish, shrimp,samples. The unique features of the kit are:

Procedure Overview
The test is based on the recognition of diuron by specific antibodies. Diuron present in the sample and a phenylurea-enzyme conjugate compete for the binding sites of the antibodies immobilized on the plate. After a washing step and addition of the substrate solution a color signal is produced. The intensity of the blue color is inversely proportional to the concentration of diuron present in the sample. The color reaction is stopped after 20 min and the color is evaluated using an ELISA reader.
Kit Contents, Storage and Shelf Life
Diuron ELISA Test Kit has the capacity for 96 determinations or testing of 42 samples in duplicate (assuming 12 wells for standards). Return any unused microwells to the foil bag and reseal them with the desiccant provided in the original package. Store the kit at 2-8°C,The shelf life is 12 months when the kit is properly stored.
