Sample preparation

pig tissue

1. remove the fat and homogenize,take not less than 4g of sample into a tube, seal it, In more than 90 ℃ water bath heating 10 minutes(cooked),cool to room temperature

2. Use the exudate for the assay

urine

1. Take 2 mL urine sample into a tube, Centrifuge at 4000g for 5 minutes at room temperature.

2. Use supernatant for the assay

Testing Protocol

• Take out the Salbutamol Strip and bring to room temperature(20-25℃),open the packaging, (Please use within 1 hour )
• Let the Strip be on desk flatwise, vertically drop the sample 3 drops(75μL)to the sample well using the dropper, timing.
• Read the results of 3-5 minutes.(The result is invalid after 10 min)
