Fast and Easy Aflatoxins B1 Fluorescence Quantitative Rapid Detection Kit Curve Range 1-50 ug/kg Reaction Time 7min
Aflatoxins B1 Fluorescence Quantitative Rapid Detection Kit
CH60072
AFB1 fluorescence quantitative detection reagent applies the principle of competitive suppression immunochromatography. AFB1 in the sample binds to the specific monoclonal antibody labeled with fluorescent microspheres during the flow process, and then inhibits the binding of the antibody to AFB1- BSA conjugate on the NC membrane detection line. The fluorescence signal is generated after excitation at a specific wavelength, and the intensity of the signal is inversely proportional to the AFB1 content in the sample.
Scope of Application
This product is suitable for the quantitative detection of AFB1 in feedstuff and some finished feed.

Performance Indicators
Curve range: 1-50 µg/kg
Sample Pretreatment
- Weigh 5.00±0.02 g of homogenized (20-mesh sieve) sample into a 50 mL centrifuge tube.
- Add 25 mL of 30% ethanol extract, cover the vial tightly, vortex with a vortex mixer for 3 min, and centrifuge at 4,000 rpm for 2 min at room temperature; collect 100 µL of supernatant into a new centrifuge tube, add 500 µL of sample diluent, and mix well for later use.
Peanut meal
- Weigh 5.00±0.02 g of homogenized (20-mesh sieve) sample into a 50 mL centrifuge tube.
- Add 25 mL of 30% acetonitrile extract, cover the vial tightly, vortex with a vortex mixer for 3 min, and centrifuge at 4,000 rpm for 2 min at room temperature; collect 100 µL of supernatant into a new centrifuge tube, add 500 µL of sample diluent, and mix well for later use.
