             Zearalenone (ZEN) fluorescence quantitative detection reagent applies the principle of competitive suppression immunochromatography. ZEN in the sample binds to the specific monoclonal antibody labeled with fluorescent microspheres during the flow process, and then inhibits the binding of the antibody to ZEN-BSA conjugate on the NC membrane detection line. The fluorescence signal is generated after excitation at a specific wavelength, and the intensity of the signal is inversely proportional to the ZEN content in the sample.

Scope of Application

This product is suitable for the quantitative detection of ZEN in grain, feedstuff and some finished feed.
