              (T-2) fluorescence quantitative detection reagent applies the principle of competitive suppression immunochromatography. T-2 in the sample binds to the specific monoclonal antibody labeled with fluorescent microspheres during the flow process, and then inhibits the binding of the antibody to T-2-BSA conjugate on the NC membrane detection line. The fluorescence signal is generated after excitation at a specific wavelength, and the intensity of the signal is inversely proportional to the T-2 content in the sample.

Scope of Application

This product is suitable for the quantitative detection of T-2 in grain, feedstuff and some finished feed.
