Mycotoxin (AFB1 /DON/ZEN) Triple Fluorescence Quantitative Test Card Used For Cereal, Feed
Mycotoxin (AFB1 /DON/ZEN) Triple Fluorescence Quantitative Test Card
CH60080
The AFB1/DON/ZEN triple fluorescence quantitative test card applies the principle of competitive suppression immunochromatography. AFB1 , DON and ZEN in the sample binds to the specific monoclonal antibody labeled with fluorescent microspheres during the flow process, and then inhibits the binding of the antibody to AFB1 , DON and ZEN conjugations on the NC membrane detection line. The fluorescence signal is generated after excitation at a specific wavelength, and the intensity of the signal is inversely proportional to the AFB1 , DON and ZEN contents in the sample.
Scope of Application
This product is suitable for the quantitative detection of AFB1 , DON and ZEN in grain, feed raw materials and some finished feeds.
Scope of Application

Performance Indicators
Curve range:
AFB1 1-50μg/kg
DON 100-6000μg/kg
ZEN 10-1000μg/kg
Sample Pretreatment
1. Weigh 5.00±0.02 g of homogenized (20-mesh sieve) sample into a 50 mL centrifuge tube. 2. Add 25 mL of 30% ethanol extract, cover the vial tightly, vortex with a vortex mixer for 3 min, and centrifuge at 4,000 rpm for 2 min at room temperature; collect 100 µL of supernatant into a new centrifuge tube, add 500 µL of sample diluent, and mix well for later use.
