Product Description :

HN-620A/B is a two-component liquid silicone material. Two components are mixed in a ratio of 100:2. This product is cured at room temperature.

Application:

Widely used in various mold-making, like Food molds, resin handicrafts, gypsum handicrafts, soap handmade soaps, tire turning molds, and other segmented molds.

Main feature :

1.Two-component: liquid silicone rubber and curing agent；
2. Good fluidity, easy foaming, easy perfusion；
3. High-temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, low shrinkage；

2. Degas the well-mixed rubber under a vacuum, the vacuuming time should not be too long, generally not more than 10 minutes.
3.The mold can be fully cured after 4 hours at room temperature. Do not heat to cure. Even if you want to heat it up to accelerate its curing time, the temperature is not recommended to be higher than 100 °C. For best results, molds are best left for 24 hours before use.
