Tin Cure Silicone Rubber

HN-620 A/B is a high-performance, two-component liquid silicone system. It is designed for ease of use with a 100:2 mixing ratio by weight. This product features Room Temperature Vulcanization (RTV), allowing it to cure naturally without the need for additional heat, ensuring a simplified and efficient molding process.

Feature of Tin Cure Silicone Rubber

1. Exhibits strong tear resistance, high and low temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and aging resistance;

2. Possesses good fluidity, facilitating foam release, easy demoulding, and ensures the finished product does not exhibit whitening;

3. Silicone molds allow for frequent turnover and offer an extended service life;

4. The linear shrinkage rate is less than two thousandths;

5. Product color, hardness, viscosity, and operating time can be adjusted as required.

 

 
Method of Application:
1 After shaking the curing agent (Part B), weigh the material according to the ratio of A: B = 100:2 and mix and stir evenly. The bottom and the walls of the container must be well scraped to ensure that the silicone and curing agent are fully mixed here. It must be stirred evenly. If not, it will affect the service life of the silicone mold.

 

2 Degas the well-mixed rubber under a vacuum, the vacuuming time should not be too long, generally not more than 10 minutes.

 

3 The mold can be fully cured after 4 hours at room temperature. Do not heat to cure.Even if you want to heat it up to accelerate its curing time, the temperature is not recommended to be higher than 100 °C. For best results, molds are best left for 24 hours before use.
