Our 1:1 Two-Part Silicone Potting Compound is an addition-cure, liquid silicone elastomer designed for the ultimate protection and encapsulation of sensitive electronic assemblies. Featuring a user-friendly 1:1 mixing ratio by volume or weight, this low-viscosity system flows easily into complex geometries, ensuring a void-free, deep-section cure without releasing heat or volatile by-products.
Once fully cured, it forms a highly durable, flexible, and elastomeric protective barrier. It successfully shields circuits against moisture, harsh chemical environments, extreme thermal cycles, and severe mechanical vibration.
