- Packaging: 50kg/set (25 kg Part A) + 25 kg Part B). Bulk industrial packaging available for automatic dispensing systems.
- Usage & Precautions: Accurately weigh Part A and B at a 1:1 ratio. Stir Part A thoroughly before mixing to ensure settled thermal fillers are evenly dispersed. Vacuum de-airing (5–10 minutes) is strongly recommended to eliminate trapped air bubbles. Avoid contact with organotin, sulfur, amines, or flux residues to prevent catalyst poisoning (inhibition of curing).
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is 6 months
