Its low 2000 mPa*s viscosity penetrates tight PCB clearances, while the 2.5-3.0 dielectric constant at 1 MHz and ≤4*10⁻³ loss factor preserve signal integrity in 5G base station RF modules. Cures to a flexible Shore A 25 gel that protects against vibration, moisture, and thermal shock across -57°C to 250°C.
