Product Overview
Odorless two-component transparent liquid silicone potting compound that functions as a thermal adhesive, electrical insulator, and environmental sealant in a single material. Engineered for motor winding encapsulation and transformer coil potting—its 18-25 kV/mm dielectric strength and strong adhesion to copper, steel, and aluminum provide reliable protection in industrial electrical equipment operating from -57°C to 250°C.

Zero-VOC condensation cure releases no fumes, odors, or corrosive by-products during curing. Safe for enclosed factory environments without specialized ventilation.
Motor Winding Encapsulation
18-25 kV/mm dielectric strength provides turn-to-turn and phase-to-phase insulation. Low viscosity penetrates between magnet wire windings to eliminate air pockets.
Thermal Adhesive Bonding
Bonds to copper magnet wire, silicon steel laminations, aluminum housings, and ferrite cores without primer. 0.1-0.20 W/m*K thermal pathway helps dissipate winding losses.
Transformer Coil Potting
