HN-8820 is a two-component addition-cure silicone potting compound delivering 2.0 W/m·K thermal conductivity with UL 94 V-0 flame retardant certification. Supplied factory direct from Shenzhen, China, this electronic-grade encapsulant provides superior electrical insulation and reliable protection for electronics operating in harsh environments from -40°C to 150°C.
