Application Guide
- Weigh Part A and Part B at a precise 10:1 ratio by weight using an electronic scale
- Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until uniformly blended; vacuum degas for 3-5 minutes to eliminate bubbles
- Pour slowly into prepared component housing within 30-60 minute pot life at 25°C
- Allow to cure at room temperature for 4-8 hours for full cure, or accelerate at 80°C for 30 minutes
- Cured material remains flexible and repairable — components can be accessed and replaced if needed
