HN-8810A/B is a two-component addition-cure (platinum-catalysed) thermally conductive silicone potting compound with a low viscosity and a convenient 1:1 mix ratio by weight. It offers excellent thermal conductivity of 1.0 W/m·K, good fluidity and self-levelling for easy pouring, and cures at room temperature or with heat acceleration. The cured elastomer keeps its rubber elasticity across a wide service range of −40 °C to 150 °C, with strong high-temperature resistance, anti-ageing performance, excellent electrical insulation and waterproof / moisture-proof protection.

Mixing & Application Instructions
- Pre-mix: Stir Components A and B thoroughly and separately before use so that settled filler is uniformly dispersed.
- Weighing: Accurately weigh A and B in a 1:1 ratio by weight using a precision scale.
- Mixing: Mix A and B thoroughly by hand or machine until the colour is uniform.
- Degassing: Place the mixed compound in a vacuum cabinet to remove entrapped air.
- Potting: Pour the degassed compound into the clean, dry device to complete potting.
- Curing: Cure at room temperature or heat cure at 80 °C for 10–20 minutes.

- Kit (A+B): 50 kg / set (25 kg + 25 kg)
Storage & Shelf Life
- Store in original, tightly sealed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area below 25 °C.
- Protect from direct sunlight, moisture, heat and extreme temperatures.
- Shelf life: 6 months from date of manufacture when stored unopened and properly sealed.
