The CNS/125×10 Desilter Centrifugal Pump integrates 10×125mm cyclones with a 585×1240mm shale shaker, forming a complete solids control unit. Drilling fluid enters cyclones for fine particle removal (cutting size: 15-44μm), where overflow returns to circulation and bottom flow undergoes secondary screening. Powered by a 0.4kW explosion-proof motor (AC 380V/50Hz, Ex d II B T4 Gb), it operates at 0.15-0.3MPa pressure with disequilibrium elliptical vibration for efficient solids conveyance. Compact dimensions (2235×2040×2235mm) suit limited rig spaces.
