Our CSS/300×2 Desander Centrifugal Pump integrates desanding cyclones and shale shaker technology for efficient drilling fluid processing. The primary cyclone separates coarse solids (＞48 mesh), directing overflow back to circulation and bottom flow to secondary screening. Featuring a 0.4kW explosion-proof motor (Ex d II B T4 Gb) and 600×1300mm replaceable frame screen, it operates at 0.15–0.3MPa pressure. The compact design (1625×1470×2215mm) reduces footprint, while heavy-duty coating ensures corrosion resistance in offshore/onshore rigs. 

Engineered for 24/7 drilling operations, this pump utilizes anti-loosening thread technology to withstand high-frequency vibrations. The patented fast-pressing screen mechanism allows tool-free replacement in minutes, minimizing downtime. All-welded steel frame (1050kg) and wear-resistant ball cast iron components extend service life by 40% compared to conventional models, even with abrasive slurries containing coarse particles.
