By generating intense buoyancy lift, it accelerates bubble separation from mud to surface, achieving ≥85% degassing efficiency. Its vertical integrated structure saves critical rig space while the 150mm discharge port handles 240m³/h slurry flow. Powered by an 18.5kW low-RPM motor (1450 rpm), this unit minimizes energy consumption without compromising performance. Ideal for high-demand drilling operations, it features a 1.5m immersion depth and robust construction (1282×1000×3090mm, 1580kg) for harsh environments.
