The XBSY QJ series mud cleaner combines desanding cyclones (300×2) and desilting cyclones (125×12) with a linear-motion shale shaker for two-stage solids removal. Drilling fluid undergoes primary separation via cyclones, with overflow returning to circulation and underflow further screened by shaker. This integrated design minimizes footprint
(2960×2100×2400mm) while maximizing particle removal efficiency for drilling rigs.
