Its double-offset design reduces friction at the sealing surfaces, while the alloy seal’s wear-resistant and high-temperature properties, combined with the stable connection provided by the flanged joints, ensure reliable shutoff and regulation in industries such as metallurgy, power generation, and petrochemicals, offering both durability and resistance to erosion.
Product Advantages
●High Wear Resistance: The high hardness of the alloy sealing ring enables it to withstand the abrasion of solid particles, making it suitable for media containing dust, slag, coal ash, and similar substances.
●High-Temperature and High-Pressure Resistance: The alloy material can withstand temperatures up to 650°C and pressures up to 10.0 MPa, making it suitable for applications involving steam, high-temperature flue gas, and high-pressure gas.
●Easy Installation and Maintenance: Flanged connections require no additional matching flanges, and installation does not require alignment with the pipeline centerline, saving construction time.
●Strong Anti-Seizing Capability: The self-cleaning design traps impurities to prevent sealing surface seizing, making it suitable for media containing solid particles. This prevents valve jamming and ensures production continuity.
