Product Features
WCB offers low material costs and is suitable for media that do not require special corrosion resistance. It is also easy to weld, cut, or repair on-site and is suitable for direct welding to carbon steel pipes. WCB’s tensile strength (485–655 MPa) and yield strength (≥250 MPa) are significantly higher than those of gray cast iron or ductile iron, enabling it to safely withstand Class 300 pressure.
Product Advantages
●The wafer-type connection features an ultra-slim design that requires minimal installation space, and the valve body is short in length, making it ideal for applications with dense piping and limited space. The valve can be removed as a single unit simply by loosening the bolts, eliminating the need to move the piping and facilitating maintenance or replacement. The soft-seal elastic material automatically compensates for minor deformations caused by pressure fluctuations and temperature changes, ensuring a long-term seal. The double-offset design minimizes friction at the sealing surfaces, making it particularly suitable for applications involving frequent operation.
