Product Features
The valve body is made of WCB cast carbon steel, offering excellent strength and rigidity, as well as good weldability, making it suitable for applications requiring valve seat surfacing. The disc is made of 316 stainless steel containing 2%–3% molybdenum, which significantly enhances the material’s resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, providing excellent corrosion resistance against chloride-containing media (such as seawater and brine) and weakly acidic media. This combination of materials balances cost-effectiveness with corrosion resistance.
Product Advantages
●The elastic compensation capability of the soft sealing material can also offset minor installation misalignments or thermal expansion, further enhancing sealing reliability. The wafer-type connection allows for extremely convenient disassembly and maintenance; there is no need to move the pipes at either end—the valve can be removed simply by loosening the bolts, saving time and effort during maintenance. The double-eccentric design significantly reduces operating resistance, making the valve easier and more effortless to operate.
