Product Features
Core components such as the valve body and disc are made of 4A duplex stainless steel (typically ASTM A995 Cr4A grade), combining the excellent corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel with the high strength of ferritic stainless steel. Whether in the high chloride ion erosion of seawater desalination systems or in chemical pipelines transporting highly concentrated acids and alkalis, the valve effectively resists pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, eliminating the risk of media leakage and valve body perforation at the source. Designed in strict compliance with Class 150 pressure standards, it offers stable pressure-bearing capacity and structural strength.
Product Advantages
● The sealing surface features a multi-layered structure combining metal hard seals with flexible graphite, offering both the high-temperature and high-pressure resistance of metal seals and the compensatory properties of elastic seals.
● The lug-type design uses double-headed bolts to securely connect the valve between pipe flanges. The valve body is unaffected by the compressive force of the bolts, allowing for easy installation, removal, and maintenance.
● Designed based on the three-dimensional eccentric principle, it eliminates uneven loading on the sealing seat and provides an automatic sealing compensation effect that tightens further as the valve closes, significantly extending the valve’s service life.
