150 LB high-performance lug-type soft-seal 316 stainless steel double-offset butterfly valve, rated at 150 LB. The core configuration consists of a 316 stainless steel valve body, disc, and soft-seal seat, fully leveraging the combined advantages of its connection method, sealing performance, material, and double-offset structure.
Product Advantages
● The valve seat is equipped with high-performance soft-seal material, ensuring a tight seal that meets zero-leakage requirements. It demonstrates exceptional sealing reliability and control performance under medium-to-low pressure, ambient temperature, and mildly corrosive conditions.
● The lug-type connection is particularly suitable for end-of-line or discharge points, and also enables quick online disassembly, assembly, and maintenance of the valve.
● The valve body and disc are made of 316 stainless steel, which contains molybdenum and offers strong resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. It is suitable for a wide range of fluids, including chloride-containing media (such as seawater and brine), weakly acidic media, steam, and oils.
