316 stainless steel construction for complete chlorine resistance, a moderate 150 lb pressure rating, and a 5-inch branch pipe—the ideal size for medium- and low-pressure chlorine-containing, clean or mildly corrosive branch lines. Featuring a rust-proof stainless steel core and a soft seal for absolute airtightness, it prevents even a single drop of the medium from escaping.
Product Advantages
● The valve body is clamped directly between pipe flanges and secured by through-bolts, featuring a flangeless design that is significantly lighter than flanged valves.
● The disc is precision-pressed against a high-performance elastic sealing ring, ensuring zero leakage under full pressure differential in both directions to bubble-tight standards. With no metal-to-metal friction, low torque operation and no scratching or wear on the sealing surfaces, medium contamination is completely eliminated. The 316 stainless steel body provides long-lasting rigid support for the sealing surfaces and comprehensive corrosion protection, significantly extending the service life of the sealing rings.
● The double-offset design ensures that, upon closure, the disc wedges into the seat along an eccentric path; the higher the medium pressure, the tighter the seal, with zero leakage guaranteed by the structural design.
