The 316 molybdenum alloy steel provides comprehensive resistance to chloride ion pitting corrosion, while the DN450 large diameter ensures smooth, high-flow passage, and the PN10 pressure rating delivers stable and reliable performance. Leveraging the long-lasting, non-degrading properties of all-metal hard seals, the valve operates purely manually without requiring power, providing reliable, zero-leakage shut-off protection for industrial pipelines.
Product Advantages
●The seal face is overlaid with Stellite alloy, featuring a hardness of HRC 65, which effectively resists erosion from sand-laden seawater, acidic crystalline particles, and impurities in circulating water, offering a service life several times longer than that of soft seals.
● The worm gear’s step-by-step transmission allows for precise adjustment of the opening angle, facilitating system flow regulation; the worm wheel’s self-locking feature ensures the disc remains stationary at any angle without movement, preventing rebound during shutdown.
● The first and second eccentricities allow the disc to lift off the seat immediately upon opening, while the third eccentric conical seal generates only the final wedging force, significantly reducing seal surface scraping and maintaining constant torque over thousands of cycles.
