Pump Specification

Double main pump with two independent oil supply loops works under 28~35MPa rated pressure to realize combined operation; pilot pump with 3~4MPa working pressure provides low-pressure control oil for manipulation handles and main control valve spools.

Structural Feature
Multiple pistons inside cylinder block finish oil suction and compression with spindle rotation; adjustable swash plate controls pump displacement by changing inclined angle; side hydraulic regulator receives pilot signal to adjust swash angle for flow and fuel regulation; valve plate separates inlet and high-pressure outlet for oil allocation.
Three Advanced Control Technologies
Constant power matching automatically decreases displacement under heavy load to optimize engine power utilization; load sensing control realizes on-demand flow output for energy conservation; pressure cutoff limits minimum displacement at peak pressure to prevent pipeline and cylinder rupture.
Common Failure Performance
Abrasion-caused inner leakage or regulator clamping leads to weak and slow machine action; fixed maximum displacement causes engine overload and black smoke exhaust; excessive internal leakage brings high hydraulic oil temperature; air infiltration or damaged inner parts produce abnormal pump vibration and noise.
