Specially designed for diverse construction scenarios including earthwork, foundation excavation, mining and demolition, the excavator hydraulic main pump serves as an engine-driven power conversion unit. The independent dual-pump oil supply structure supports simultaneous multi-action operation and greatly improves construction efficiency. With an adjustable swash plate and intelligent regulator, the pump automatically adapts to variable load conditions: it increases displacement for faster operation under light loads and reduces displacement to prevent engine choking and black smoke under heavy loads. Adopting on-demand load-sensing oil supply technology, it minimizes no-load power loss, while the pressure cutoff function effectively avoids hose and cylinder damage caused by overpressure. Common failures such as slow movement, high hydraulic oil temperature and pump noise are mainly caused by internal component wear, regulator sticking and pipeline air intake, which can be avoided through regular filter replacement and standard oil level maintenance.
