This excavator hydraulic main pump is an engine-powered hydraulic core component that converts mechanical power into high-pressure oil to support all machine movements, including boom lifting, arm stretching, bucket digging, traveling and swinging. Featured with universal axial variable piston structure, it is widely installed on engineering excavators. Mid and large tonnage machines are equipped with combined dual main pumps and rear pilot pumps, with main working pressure of 28~35MPa and pilot control pressure of 3~4MPa. Key components include piston cylinder group, angle-adjustable swash plate, flow control regulator and oil distribution valve plate, enabling flexible adjustment of pump displacement, oil flow and fuel usage. Built-in three intelligent controls prevent engine stall under overload, save fuel via adaptive flow output and protect hydraulic system under maximum pressure. Common defects involve slow operation, engine overload smoke, overheated oil and abnormal noise, which can be greatly reduced by regular maintenance, sealed pipelines and qualified oil volume.
