A larger swash plate tilt angle boosts fluid delivery efficiency and machine operating speed, while a smaller angle cuts fuel consumption and eliminates engine flameout risks. The valve plate assembly separates low-pressure inlet ducts and high-pressure outlet ducts to achieve systematic hydraulic oil distribution. Three core control modules ensure the pump’s stable and fault-tolerant operation across diverse working conditions. Constant power regulation proactively reduces pump displacement under rising load conditions, protecting the engine assembly and optimizing comprehensive power utilization. The LS load-sensing system delivers on-demand fluid flow corresponding to actual working requirements and maintains minimal idle displacement for effective fuel conservation. The HP pressure limiting function restricts pump displacement at peak pressure values, preventing structural rupture and damage to hydraulic piping and cylinders. Common malfunctions involve internal leakage stemming from degraded piston surfaces, cracked valve plates or clogged regulator components, resulting in sluggish machine response and inadequate power delivery. A seized full-displacement regulator induces engine overload, black smoke emission and operational stalling during heavy-duty tasks. Excessive internal leakage converts hydraulic pressure attenuation into thermal energy, triggering abnormal hydraulic fluid overheating. Air entrainment in the hydraulic system, substandard oil levels, and worn bearing or piston parts generate irregular operating noise. Regular maintenance work includes scheduled replacement of hydraulic fluid and filter cartridges to mitigate wear of precision internal pump structures. Operators must guarantee airtight sealing of oil suction pipelines to avoid air ingestion and mechanical vibration, and keep hydraulic fluid at calibrated levels to preserve consistent pump performance.
