6. Installation Instructions

1. Thoroughly clean the inner bore of valve guide and mounting surface, remove all burrs and oil contaminants.
2. Apply a small amount of high-temperature grease on the seal lip. Do not use engine oil.
3. Apply even vertical force during press-fitting to avoid tilting or lip damage. Use a dedicated sleeve for proper installation.
4. Post-installation inspection: Ensure no seal deformation or lip flipping, and the valve stem moves smoothly without sticking.
5. Replace together with intake valves, exhaust valves, valve guides and valve seat inserts to guarantee a complete sealing system.
