VI. Disassembly & Assembly Instructions

1. Release residual hydraulic pressure and fully retract bucket cylinder before disassembly
2. Polish minor scratches and burrs on piston rod and cylinder barrel, clean metal debris inside seal grooves
3. Coat all new seals with hydraulic grease during installation; do not pry seals hard to avoid lip damage
4. Install piston guide bands and main seals evenly without twisting or cutting
5. Open & close bucket without load for 5–10 cycles to vent air after assembly; check zero leakage before operation
