Industrial milk storage serves as a vital intermediate link across the whole dairy production workflow. Built for large‑volume on‑site milk holding, this food‑grade stainless steel tank stabilises raw milk or processed milk within target temperature ranges, protecting nutritional composition and inhibiting bacterial reproduction during plant receiving, buffering and temporary storage phases.
All surfaces in direct contact with milk are manufactured from SS316L food‑grade stainless steel with high‑quality mirror‑polished finish. Seamless inner wall greatly reduces milk residue adhesion and simplifies sanitation work. The outer shell adopts SS304 stainless steel for enhanced structural strength, resisting impact and corrosion under continuous industrial operating conditions. Polyurethane foam fills the interlayer, delivering reliable thermal insulation to minimise temperature fluctuation during long‑term storage.
The tank can be equipped with level transmitters and temperature sensors for real‑time condition monitoring. It reserves standard interfaces for CIP cleaning and SIP sterilisation, fully matching dairy food‑grade hygiene workflows. A sterile breather assembly maintains pressure balance while blocking external airborne contaminants. Sanitary clamp connections are adopted for all pipe ports, facilitating installation, inspection and component replacement. It meets CE and GMP standards for industrial dairy facilities.
