Membrane filtration
Industrial membrane filtration system is a precision separation equipment widely used in food & beverage processing. It achieves clarification, sterilization, concentration and impurity removal by physical membrane separation, without high‑temperature heating. It effectively removes suspended solids, colloid, bacteria, yeast and macromolecular impurities, preserves original flavor, aroma and active ingredients of raw liquid.
Constructed with high‑quality sanitary stainless‑steel frame and pipeline. The system is equipped with premium membrane elements according to different process requirements: microfiltration(MF), ultrafiltration(UF), nanofiltration(NF) and reverse osmosis(RO) are optional. Modular skid‑mounted design enables compact layout, easy installation and expansion.
Complete with pressure transmitters, flow meters and temperature sensors for real‑time monitoring. It supports automatic CIP/SIP cleaning to reduce membrane fouling and extend membrane service life. Control modes include semi‑automatic and PLC‑HMI fully‑automatic options. Parameters such as pressure, flow rate and filtration time can be adjusted. All wetted parts adopt sanitary clamp connections, no dead corners. It complies with GMP and CE standards for food and beverage industry.
