Engineered for fully‑automated dairy production lines, this automatic self‑priming high‑shear mixer combines automatic powder feeding, wetting, dispersion, emulsification and homogenization in one unit. Featuring powerful self‑priming vacuum suction, it draws liquid milk base and dry additives directly into the working chamber without auxiliary transfer pumps. Controlled by automatic PLC system, the unit completes powder‑liquid mixing, high‑shear treatment and material output continuously. Intense rotor‑stator shear eliminates agglomerates, fish‑eyes and undissolved particles, delivering stable, lump‑free homogeneous feedstock for downstream dairy processes. Strict sanitary construction prevents cross‑contamination to meet high hygiene requirements of dairy manufacturing.
All wetted components are food‑grade SS316L stainless steel. Outer housing and support frame adopt SS304 stainless steel. Smooth inner surface leaves no sanitation dead corners.
