20L - 500000L Industrial Stainless Steel Milk Storage Tank
Built for dairy production chains from small‑scale workshops to large‑size processing plants, these milk storage tanks cover capacity ranging from 20L up to 500000L. Crafted with high‑grade stainless steel, they deliver safe, stable holding for raw milk, pasteurized milk and intermediate dairy feedstock. Strict interior surface finishing minimizes bacterial adhesion, keeping milk quality intact during storage and buffering before next‑stage processing.
Product‑contact surfaces adopt food‑grade SS316L stainless steel, while outer shell and supporting frame use durable SS304 stainless steel. Options include insulated or refrigerated cooling versions to maintain ideal low‑temperature storage conditions. Manhole, CIP spray ball, sight glass, level sensor, sampling port and discharge outlet can all be equipped. Weld seams are fully polished to achieve smooth inner walls without dead corners, complying with food‑grade GMP hygiene standards.
