High Speed Self-Priming & High-Shear Mixer for Beverage
This high‑speed self‑priming high‑shear mixer is purpose‑built for beverage production lines. It integrates self‑priming feeding, powder wetting, dispersion, emulsification and homogenization into one unit. Generating powerful vacuum negative‑pressure suction, it directly draws liquid beverage base and powder additives into the working chamber without auxiliary feed pumps. The high‑speed rotor‑stator produces intensive mechanical shear force to break powder agglomerates, fully hydrate pigments, gums, sweeteners and functional powders. It eliminates fish‑eyes, undissolved lumps and sedimentation, obtaining fine, uniform and stable beverage feedstock. Strict sanitary construction prevents secondary contamination, suitable for continuous mass production of beverage factories.
All wetted components adopt food‑grade SS316L stainless steel. Outer housing and support frame are SS304 stainless steel. Inner cavity is precision‑polished without sanitary dead corners. Sanitary clamp connections support quick disassembly and CIP on‑site cleaning. Heavy‑duty food‑grade mechanical shaft seal avoids leakage and microbial contamination, complying with food GMP hygiene standards and CE food‑safety regulations.
