Milk Industrial Stainless Steel Automatic Pasteurizer
This Automatic Pasteurizer is dedicated to industrial‑scale milk processing. Applying high‑temperature short‑time pasteurization technology, it effectively eliminates pathogenic bacteria, yeast and spoilage microorganisms in raw milk. It minimizes thermal damage to milk protein, natural aroma and nutrients, producing safe and tasty pasteurized milk.
All milk‑contact components are food‑grade SS316L stainless steel, while frame and outer housing adopt SS304 stainless steel. Equipped with high‑efficiency heat recovery unit, it recycles heat from pasteurized hot milk to preheat incoming raw milk, cutting steam and water consumption significantly. Plate heat exchanger is standard for pure milk; tubular type is optional for particle‑containing milk drinks. Sanitary clamp connections prevent dead corners. Automatic CIP cleaning is supported to satisfy dairy GMP hygiene requirements.
