Emulsifier Self-Priming & High-Shear Mixer for Dairy
The dairy‑grade self‑priming high‑shear emulsifier mixer is purpose‑built for dairy processing lines, integrating self‑priming feeding, powder wetting, dispersion, emulsification and homogenization into one unit. With powerful vacuum self‑priming capability, it directly draws liquid milk base and dry powder additives into the working chamber without auxiliary feed pumps. The high‑speed rotor‑stator generates intense mechanical shear force to disintegrate agglomerates, fully hydrate proteins, stabilizers and emulsifiers. It efficiently eliminates fish‑eyes, undissolved lumps and oil‑water separation, delivering fine, stable and homogeneous dairy feedstock. Sanitary construction prevents cross‑contamination, perfectly matching continuous large‑volume production requirements of dairy plants.
All wetted parts are food‑grade SS316L stainless steel. Outer housing and supporting frame adopt SS304 stainless steel. Inner cavity is precision polished without sanitary dead corners. Sanitary clamp connections enable quick disassembly and fully support CIP cleaning.
